Weekly classes

Founded by Larry Schultz, Rocket Yoga comprises a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa series.

This class is an introduction to Rocket Yoga and will include sun salutations and postures primarily derived from the Rocket 1 sequence. All levels are welcome. Expect a dynamic, playful and energising flow.
